Plan overview
Home Wireless Plus provides unlimited wireless home internet through a plug-and-play 5G-enabled router with an included data SIM. A landline is not included. The router automatically connects to 4G where 5G is unavailable.
The service is assigned to the first activated home location. Moving the router to another location requires the service location to be unlocked and reassigned.
The plan supports web browsing, social media, email, office work, music streaming and video streaming. Multiple devices can connect, although the average number of simultaneously connected large screens should ideally not exceed four.
For better coverage, place the router near a window or in an open area away from thick walls, heavy-duty appliances, microwave ovens, baby monitors and other sources of interference.

Eligibility
Subject to Home Wireless coverage and address eligibility. The service is assigned to the first activated home location and works only at the registered location. Relocation requires the service location to be unlocked and reassigned. A customer may acquire up to two Home Wireless plans per Emirates ID.
Important terms
12-month contract. Service charges begin when the data SIM is activated. Early termination: one monthly payment of AED 229 plus the remaining device cost. Remaining device cost formula: device cost ÷ contract period × [contract period − (1 + number of completed months)].
Plan disclaimer
Landline is not included. Internet speed, latency and performance are not guaranteed. The router automatically falls back to 4G where 5G is unavailable. Performance may vary because of network coverage, capacity, building conditions, weather, electronic interference, router placement and the number of connected devices. The no-deposit and no-activation-fee offer is limited-time and must be confirmed before order. Eligible streaming options may change and must be confirmed at activation.
