Business Starter provides unlimited full-speed business internet through a premium 5G-enabled mobile data router. The router includes advanced integrated WiFi and a Gigabit Ethernet LAN port.
The standard monthly price is AED 299. An AED 50 monthly discount applies throughout the full 12-month contract, reducing the monthly price to AED 249. A one-time activation fee of AED 200 applies.
This plan does not include a business landline, landline handset, Microsoft 365 licence, .ae domain registration or endpoint-security licence.
The service is available across the UAE subject to coverage and eligibility at the exact business address.

Eligibility
Available across the UAE, subject to 5G/mobile-network coverage, service eligibility and confirmation at the exact business address. Required application documents include:
Signed and stamped proposal
Valid trade licence
Valid establishment card
Valid Emirates ID of the owner, or passport and visa copy
Tenancy contract or Ejari for the service address
If another person is authorised: authorisation letter, NOC or power of attorney
Valid identification documents for the owner and authorised person where applicable
Important terms
12-month minimum commitment. Promotional monthly price is AED 249 for all 12 contract months; standard monthly price is AED 299. One-time activation fee: AED 200. Device value used for early-termination calculation: AED 600. After the applicable commitment begins, early termination charges are one monthly recurring charge plus the remaining value of the device or devices. Remaining device value is calculated as: device value ÷ contract period × (remaining contract months − 1). During the first 90 days, the service-MRC early-termination charge may not apply, but any applicable device or add-on foreclosure charges remain payable, subject to the final signed contract.
